Looking for something soft and truly high back

I'm 6'1, and I have neck and back issues. I sit in this chair at my desk all day every day, and I can't stand sitting on anything hard. I keep hearing Secretlabs chairs are firm, plus the fuckers never have the NAPA leather in stock (wtf?). Like does anyone make fancy office chairs with really high back? All these racing seat style ones really don't look comfortable. I don't like excessive lumber or head cushions. I keep my elbows on the arms of the chair the entire time I'm gaming, as well, so I end up with red elbows a lot. I tried a Lazy-Z-Boy Delano that claimed it's "high back" and holy shit that back was short. Every other high back chair I've had was taller. Not "big and tall" at all.

I've been tempted to try a recliner of some kind and try to get a round swivel base to put in on. Dunno what's possible there either though. My desk is a 5ft table without drawers, so I have some space to play with in that regard, but the general desk area isn't that big.
