Emphasis with DO in English, is There a Swedish Equivalent?

I'm fairly new to the language and I often try to form sentences in my head for practice. But, when trying to express opinions, I've noticed that I haven't seen a Swedish equivalent of the English "do" for emphasis, like in the sentence "I do like it, but not enough to buy one for myself". In other cases with emphasis you can just put emphasis on the verb, like "Jag kan, men jag vill inte", but I was just wondering if "gör" or any other "doing" related verbs were used in this way.

Tack på förhand.
