Are there any universally accepted "classes" when it comes to hotlap pace? Mainly for ACC.

As I'm slowly but surely improving my ACC lap times (as well as improving in various other sims) I started to wonder - what is the universally accepted metric for measuring pace?

What I've seen used most is a percentage of the fastest lap, is there a list of those laptimes that is deemed official? And at what percentage would you call yourself fast / pro / pro-amateur / amateur / noob or whatever the designations are?

The reason I ask is I'd like to set some goals for this year.
