Instant account close after creating account with my e-mail (Need this account for Celsius distribution)

Hi there. I try to make a CoinBase account with my email because I need it for the upcoming Celsius distribution. Everytime I try to make an account with my email I get two emails almost instantly. The first email says my account got closed, the second one says my account got deleted.

I also tried to make an account with my other email, that worked fine, also got verified. But after changing the email on that account to match the Celsius email, i get the same two emails and my account is closed and deleted again.

Is there anyone else with the same issue? I tried to contact CoinBase support but no response yet.
