Prusa XL : an industrial failure?

I am getting quite concerned with my Prusa XL 5T, and Prusa more generally.

I have had it for two months now, and since then, prints have been only hit and miss, with more miss than hit.

Contacting support is very difficult, and when you reach them, it's a very slow and painful process.

In the end, I am not getting any clear answer yet on my problems (the most recent one being very bad first layers)...I hope I will.

But reading from other posts and Youtube video I get the feeling many of us are in the same boat.

I want to believe they will be able in the end to make the XL the reliable product it should be.

But I feel we are collectively wasting so much time now on such an expensive printer that if they don't quickly gather their acts, it will really feels like a really failed industrial launch

Do you share my worries?
