Does using the rating feedback for the Delivery Driver help them?

Or is it something that really doesn’t matter? I do also tip, though tipping culture here is much different than America. I use Uber eats a fair bit due to being disabled and not being able to cook on bad days, I was just wondering if using the rating system on the app after each order does help the driver? As if it does then I’m going to try and remember to do it each time. I very rarely get a bad delivery driver, most are very friendly and efficient. One time I was struggling to carry stuff in and delivery driver helped with the stuff to my flat as he saw I was struggling with the order from the front door. (Sometimes receive wrong items but that’s on the restaurant so I’m not going to penalise the driver for that)
