Copying quizzes from other quiz websites

I'm creating a quiz website about geography. And I was wondering if I'd get in trouble for copying other people's quizzes to make them on my own site. The content on the website is made by the users and not the website owners themselves. I think I'd have a fair shot getting away with it due to the short nature of the quiz. Could anyone enlighten me please
