[General] Things you learned due to Otome Games?

I was just thinking about this topic and would like your stories about it! Are there any things you learned through otome games - or did otome games print you to research a specific topic? What did you learn?

When starting Nightshade I had only a general Idea of the historical figures appearing in the game so I did actually start looking up a lot of the names - including Ishikawa Goemon. Somehow he and Hanzo got me interested a lot in the real people behind the game characters so I did some digging and research about them. Funnily enough I just encountered a new Goemon when starting Tengoku Struggle. I likely would never looked this up if it wasn’t for Otome so I’m quite curious about what y’all learned. o.o
