I am casting a line out to you, the scotch hivemind. I am expecting to be finalizing my divorce from a gaslighting narcissist who destroyed my career and hamstringed my retirement plans.

Typically I enjoy Islay drams, peaty, smokey, earthen. All good with any region of course.

What would you recommend for me? Ideally under $300/bottle.
