Burnham Bennifits

Does any one else’s employer use Burnham? The company I work for switched to them back in November. Our open enrollment is not at the normal time of the year due to a corporate buyout two years back. My wife’s open enrollment with her job was in November and her insurance was going to be triple what I pay. We looked into switching her to my coverage and her rate increase was a qualifying event for an enrollment change on my insurance. Supposedly she was to be in my coverage effective the first. Long story short we found out Sunday she is not. As far as I can tell they still don’t have her added. The rep with Burnham said on the 28th of December she would be good to go on the first and we would get new cards by the fifth. Then I found out that no my guy was wrong and there were forms I needed to fill out and send back. OMG
