Kitten Help on Bay Street

We passed a kitten on Bay Street between Victoria and Elisabeth street (across the street on Bay from the Blackbeard’s Revenge pirate ship, tucked by the corner of a boarded up storefront on the south side of the street). It looked YOUNG and scared and possibly a little sick. Someone left it a can of food but it hadn’t touched anything. I had a bunch of kids with me who wanted me to catch it but I was afraid of scaring it right into traffic and a quick end. I had no WIFI and walked from there to Atlantis where someone let me use a phone to call the Humane Society but they had a hard time figuring out where I was telling them it was located. Can anyone help this little guy?
