Very expired flour tortillas Help!

I just found a sealed package of flour tortillas in my pantry. Best by was August of 2023. eatbydate.com says they are good for 1 week after best by date. I opened the package. They smell fine. There's no obvious mold or anything that looks weird. I'd like to make breakfast burritos so they'll be cooked not eaten raw.

Would you go for it?
