When should I remove the saniderm?

Okay, so basically, I got the tattoo on Monday evening. On Saturday, I’m going to be outside walking a lot of the day, and it’ll be between like 40-50 degrees, so a short-sleeve shirt isn’t exactly an option and there will likely be friction with whatever I’m wearing.

I was given one piece of saniderm. For my last tattoo I removed it after like 3-4 days.

Should I wait to remove it Saturday night, or would that be too long to leave the saniderm on? Quite a bit has collected underneath at this point. And if I do remove the saniderm before Saturday, what should I do then?
