Feeling Numb and lack of motivation and avoiding school

Im 18 with bipolar 2. I’m on Seroquel 200 mg and buspar 10 mg once in morning at 2pm and 9pm so 30mg in all. 25 mg of Lamictal. Should I increase my Seroquel or wait it out till my psychiatrist increases Lamictal?
