Best Online ESL from the Student's Perspective?

Wife and I just moved back to the states from Japan and she is wanting to start learning English. I unfortunately work all the time so I cannot drive her to the local college campus during the week for ESL classes. Any recommendations on online classes she can take at home and get a solid quality education?
