2021 XSE Captains Chair Swap with 2022 XLE Bench

My 3 kids have outgrown the 3rd seat row and I would love to seat them all together in the 2nd row. And I have found a bench 2nd seat row on carparts dot com.

I have seen this question posted multiple times but never a clear answer, is that possible to replace the two captains chairs or is the bolting pattern incompatible? Anything I would need to consider? Any hardware/sensors etc?

Before I make the long drive to get the bench, I would like to hear if someone has done that e.g. from a XLE to a XLE swap. I assume the XSE and XLE are very similar. Many Thanks!
