[TOMT][movie]Some what new movie maybe within 5 years old, slasher/horror (I think)

I don't remember much. But the movie Us (Jordan Peele) is what initially reminded me of it. But only barely. Basically this family of 4 are at this house, I don't know if it's vacation house or not. But somehow these other two kids/teens show up and convince the two kids of the family to turn against their parents and then eventually they all kill the parents. And from what I remember the name of it was something relating to what they were at the end. I always wanted to think it was outsiders but I know that's the movie based on the book. But the name represented what they had become by the end. Similarly orphans came up. But again I don't think that's the name either. It could've easily been a show or something. But I swear it was a movie and it wasn't even that good of a movie from what I remember. I think I saw it within the last couple years I don't know how old the movie is but I think it's somewhat newer.

It has been bothering me for weeks/months at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

Update: based on suggestions I've realized it's kind of like Funny Games mixed with The strangers
