Stomach Pains

I don’t eat all that well but over the past 3 weeks every other day I’ve been having excruciating stomach pains and every time I get the urge to throw up and just willingly end up throwing up to try and stop the pain, I’ve taken stuff and put heat and it just continues to hurt very bad to the point where I don’t want to move. The stomach pains are all throughout not in any specific sports and it’ll stop or calm down one day after a couple hours then resume again the next for hours, any advice or leads on a conclusion would help a lot
