Is Slip, Slop, Slap, Seek, Slide racist?

Right, why is the Cancer Council running a program to keep people's skin white? I fear Modi's fascist influence is spreading with some of the new immigrants (I love immigrants, we just can't have any coming in who disagree with our Western liberal democratic values) and we are adopting the skin-colour based discrimination that is oh so common abroad.

Shouldn't we, as a country, post the White Australia Policy, be moving towards having everyone become darker? The cancer risk seems arbitrary compared to the social positives such equity and diversity will bring to our country on the national stage.
