Auction in Queensland

Hi, looking to sell our house in Queensland. Been told different pricing strategies by various real estate agents including auction.

Any one with experience listing their house via auction? Not a fan of it (in Queensland anyways!) where REAs can’t disclose seller’s price expectations. Seems like a run around for prospective buyers.
