I sent 3k to correct number but it was a non active Gcash account

Hi, please help. :(

So every 15th and 30th, I send 3k pesos to this specific person for payment. Every time I send, it would either be via Gcash or Maya. However, this time I sent the funds to her account number which she uses for Maya but not in Gcash. Apparently, she said that the sim she is currently using is company issued, thus she cant open a Gcash account using that number because the prior owner of the sim card already registered an account using the same number.

I know its my fault for not checking the name before confirming, but I double checked the number.

Will I be able to get back my money? Please help for those who have experienced the same. Thank you.
