Is it considered as retake if i switch exam board mid-way?

i already took cie as maths 9709, but my new school only offers edexcel maths, so i’m about to switch to edexcel maths and take p1234s1m1 in one exam season

is it considered as retake if i switch exam board mid-way like this?
