Top 20 of CS:GO

With the end of competition in CS:GO, I decided to list the top 20 players based on the HLTV top 20 rankings from 2013 to 2023. I created the list by dividing the average ranking of the players in the top 20 by the number of appearances they made. I broke the ties first by number of appearances in the top 20 and then by the player's top ranking.

This is my list:

1. ZywOo (0,28)
2. S1mple (0,41)
3. NiKo (0,64)
4. device (0,85)
5. coldzera (1,33)
6. electronic (1,38)
7. GuardiaN (1,67)
8. sh1ro (1,67)
9. dupreeh (1,76)
10. kennyS (1,76)
11. ropz (1,81)
12. flusha (1,88)
13. shox (1,88)
14. GeT_RiGhT (1,94)
15. f0rest (2,00)
16. FalleN (2,00)
17. Snax (2,06)
