Reading just one story from an anthology

I'm curious how you would log this, if at all.

I have purchased a short story anthology purely for one story within it. I normally wouldn't log this at all.

I'm toying with the idea of marking the anthology as currently reading, updating progress to the percentage of the book that is taken up by that one story, then moving the book to DNF with a note that I only read that one story.
