I am looking for a sadistic and dominant person for this roleplay.
Plot:
Prisons and jails are getting overpopulated and hard to be maintained by the government. Something needs to be done immediately to stop more load on the already full prisons.
The government started a unique program where normal homeowners could host prisoners in their houses and charge a fee from the government.
Basically, they would have to do minor alterations in their house like installing secure locks, cameras etc. Then then they could have some prisoners spend their jail time under their supervision just like in a normal prison.
This is how this would go out.
After you apply for this program, the government will inspect your home to see if it's safe and secure to house a prisoner. Then you would be assigned 1, 2 or 3 prisoners to keep. You have to take a small 2-week course in which the government will train you on how to deal with inmates, keeping yourself safe from them and other discipline techniques.
The government would mostly assign only female prisoners and the ones who were involved in non-violent crimes. But you would have to make sure they don't have any chance to escape.
The government has allowed you to use force against prisoners if they don't obey as you say. You can beat and punish them if they don't do as told.
Basically, the rules would be as follows
The inmate must obey you at all costs.
You would have to make sure inmates and healthy and provide them with proper food, water and nutrients. Also if they feel sick you would call for medical treatment.
Inmates could be used for house chores and tasks but they must be secure and not in a place where except would be possible.
You would be allowed to punish inmates if they don't obey you or try to harm you. They must treat you with utmost respect.
You are allowed to conduct a complete strip search whenever you want or suspect any contraband. You can ask them to get naked, touch them and make sure they don't have contraband.
Since in homes toilet is not always inside the room. So inmates must require your permission to use the toilet. They are not allowed to piss, poop or bathe without your permission. Failure to do so would result in swift punishment.
To keep them secure, you are allowed to bind them however you want. Handcuffs, restraints, ropes that's totally up to you. Although they must be given one hour a day to be able to move freely without any bondage they stay healthy.
Inmates must sleep and bathe according to your provided secluded. They would eat whatever you give them with no complaints.
You would give their behaviour report to the government. Upon good behaviour, they can apply for a reduction in their prison time.
You can give them additional rules to follow so that they can have a safe and secure stay. If they break any rules you are allowed to punish them. However, you are not allowed to cause permanent damage to them. Spanking, slapping, whipped, bondage, corner time, and stress positions are normal. Having bruises and red asses is acceptable but permanent damage is not. You can also punish them by denying them toilet access. Kinks:
