I get very weird on nofap

When I try nofap, I get very weird. But right now porn addiction is destroying me so I share my problem and I really need your thoughts on this. A few years back I did it for 3 months. And I was so horny at that point, that I felt like I have no control. I was always looking for a way tosee naked bodies without watching porn. My mind was all messed up. But the worse part is, this last year I tried it again and after a week, I woke up in the middle of the night with this intense desire to fuck one of my family members. I live with my siblings and parents. I know this is fucked up, ofc I don't do that. But those thoughts made me think maybe for me, mastirbating without porn is a better choice. But I always find myself going back to porn. So what do you think about this?
