I (19m) have noticed drips of blood after peeing, how concerned should I be?

I’ve just got back from the doctors, they made me do a urine sample, and they are sending me for a blood test later in the week. This means that I’m currently in a period where I’m left with nothing but my own theories on what it could be.

I experience only like one drop of blood, after I’ve finished urinating, I’ve checked and there is never any blood coming out during urination. Apart from the blood, so far I have no other symptoms whatsoever, which my doctor claimed was a good sign, sometimes there is a very very slight itching sensation that lasts a second or two, but it doesn’t seem like a strong enough symptom to rule as a definite symptom of whatever it is.

Could any doctors give me their best educated ideas on what it probably is, I hate being clueless while waiting to hear back from my doctor.
