Utterly Hardstuck in Bronze
Last season and my first season I managed to solo up to Silver 1, was 1 game off gold multiple times then tilt Q'd down to silver 4 and got stuck there at the end of the season.
New season start, filled with enthusiasm and a good mindset to climb (the mindset I had when I originally was able to climb). I the season playing ivern jungle, and felt confident enough to play him in ranked, however I am a top main generally. First game or so went well, but then I just started playing terribly, and got placed in bronze. Now I am losing my mind trying to climb, as I am back to my main role in top, winning my lane 90% of the time, using fundamentals such as expanding my lead, leveraging the kit of strong early characters such as trundle, darius to put my opponent at a disadvantage from level 1, cheater recalling after slow pushing then 3rd wave crashing into opponents tower. These things I have been utilising previously from AloisNL, and been working hard to implement them into my game, as I want to play at a higher level with more like minded people.
This being said, I simply and clearly do not do enough to completely carry games, particularly on darius, less so trundle (he seems lowkey unfair as of right now with his split power). I also got a fresh account to do placements, and I got placed in gold 2 - so theres that. I will also add that I am all for self reflection and looking at my own game first, but when I am executing my role to a good standard, and my mid and adc are 1-14 by the end of the game, it really does get frustrating. I just dont want to be hardstuck in bronze of all places, its embarrassing and i want to enjoy the game at a higher level with others that feel the same, and i'm not too sure what i'm doing wrong at this point.
