New Ruin and Gen Regression

So I noticed that when you get back on a gen with ruin it has the anti tap bar on your repair progress.

Does this mean in the ptb you can use up all the regressions by going to gens, allowing ruin to work, doing 5%, allowing ruin to work etc...?

I noticed this and didnt have time for another match but I'm interested in if this is correct and goes live.
