x2 Xbox mode not working

i got my gamesir x2 today and was able to pair it with my iphone via xbox mode, after several hours I decided to charge the x2 and when I decided to play again geforce now cannot recognize the controller, so I decided to power the X2 off, when it rebooted it wont connect with my phone.

I tried to reset it but no joy. the controller is pairing just fine with the normal bluetooth mode but the normal mode is not working on Geforce now reason why I need to connect using xbox mode.

anyone else had this problem?
