Where would you for a full body profile/assessment?

Seeking Advice

I'm approaching 40 years old and am a pretty physically inflexible guy in general and I've never really had any professional tell me about my body. Like "you have limited rotation in this area", or you really need more strength in this area, etc.

I've gotten pretty motivated of late to learn more about myself and how I can focus on certain things to get better, etc. But truthfully I have never seen anyone like this and really have no idea of what my specific shortcomings are.

I have never felt like I "needed" to know more about my body because for the most part I've always been sort of effortlessly healthy. So while my wife or friends might complain about pain, tightness, an old injury, etc - I just never felt like I had anything really bothering me. That coupled with laziness and here I am at 40 with really no idea about my physical body.
