IP KVM USB-C ?

Hi

I have a macbook air, I want to be able to access KVM over IP. The macbook only has USB-C nothing else but plugging in a monitor via USB-C is supported and works. I tried searching for a USB-C KVM but they either come up with the wrong thing (a KVM where I can use several computers with just one monitor/keyboard) or they're not USB-C, or the USB-C is only for keyboard, or finally if they do what I want they're $1000.

So does anyone know how I can remotely access keyboard/video/mouse of a macbook via IP. I am aware that you can do VNC etc. But it's not what I want. I really want to have my macbook, closed, but connected to an IP KVM and be able to access that via a web-browser from anywhere.

I'd ideally like to spend as little as possible on this, but certainly not more than say $200. I'm fine with building something with say a raspberry pi etc but i'm hoping for a cheap home-use hardware one for < $200

thanks.
