ISO frostbitten/bluberry milk crelly

I am looking for something that is a sheer crelly that gives a grey/blue tint to the nails. I have an old bottle of Essie's Looking for Love which is close to what I want but either my bottle is too old or the formula is just not great but it's very streaky.

Iridescence, holo, etc is also welcome.
