Returning Player and necramech grinding is hard

hello, tenno. I m returning player, and am just MR13.( 14 soon). Well i went through all the main story quest. Until u have to farm necramech. and i m lost. the materials are scattered in all 3 open world. Farming look tedious. How long does it take to farm necramech? if i dont have standing in all three world.
