Kali monitors not working

Hello if anyone has experience with Kali monitors please lmk. I have a pair I’ve had for a few months and every time I am playing a super loud song on full volume , one of the speakers will randomly shut off. The light will still be on but in order for me to hear the audio again I need to shut it off and on and it’ll keep playing. But then shut off again shortly after. I’m confused if they’re broken or if they just aren’t meant to play music that loud? They’re studio monitors so I figured they’d be able to handle loud music playback? Debating sending these in for repair.
