Develop a similar website?

Hi all,

I would like to ask for your help, which plugins (builders, themes, etc.) will i need if i wanted to develop a website similar to Notions website (https://www.notion.so/) ?

Obviously there are many tools, but according to your experience which ones would be the most capable for developing such functionalities.

e.g.

• megamenu
• each product has its own main menu that on scroll becomes sticky
• a template with similar design to notions website
• ready to use blocks to structure content in similar way

etc..

thanks!
