How difficult is it to find monthly rent in February in Da Nang [Lunar New Year]

Hey there,

I will be arriving in Da Nang around the 23rd of January, and will be looking to stay for up to two months, so I would ideally like to find a great apartment to rent.

How difficult is to to find rent for end of January and through February given the festivities that will take place in Vietnam?

Should I look to prebook now (in panic), or should I wait to land there and look at the places myself (my budget will be around 500USD per month)?

Also, it wouldn't hurt if someone could tell me the best places to find monthly apartments for rent, although I see that some FB groups are quite active.
