Should I quit my MSc to join a graduate program of a bank?

I just received an offer from a bank to join the Graduate Program of their bank. The program would be in PB and AM. My goal would be to become a PM in the asset management part.

I’m only in my first semester of MSc and It takes 2 years to complete it. I’m located in EU.

What would you do in my situation? Just hesitating a bit because getting a MSc degree is very common in EU but getting a graduate Program is also extremely hard. Most of my friend can’t find an internship even with a MSc
