Serendipitous exploration like Elden Ring

One of my favorite parts of Elden Ring was stumbling across a cave/camp/dungeon/whatever and finding such a satisfying side path. Slightly similar to Skyrim's Blackreach.

Are there other games where exploration is a focus and unexpected side quests/locations are a big thing?
