Cant ultra ascend, says there's affordable astral upgrades

As the title states I'm trying to ultra ascend but it states that i have astral upgrade I can afford but I cant find them anywhere, all the ones in my upgrades show "unlocked" or "cant afford". I have 258 hours in the game (I played very slowly and inefficiently for a few years and only recently started making any significant progress by reading about strategies online), I've ultra ascended maybe 3 times before and have about 35 stones of time. I found another post on here with the same problem but the consensus was that user was probably cheating or messed around with something they shouldn't have but I haven't done that and have no idea why this is happening. The only thing that has changed since my last UA is that i connected to the online service for this game because i got tired of the screen popping up every time i opened the game. I was thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling the game but I'm not sure if that will delete my progress. Is there a way to fix this without losing all my progress?
