rtx 3080 high temperatures

Hi, I have a problem. I had my rtx3080 serviced for cleaning and replacing the paste. After receiving the temperature on the card are higher, the card using 250 VAT has a temperature of 82 degrees and after a while the fans turn on at maximum power. Do you know what causes this?
