Is it normal to feel extremely paranoid after having sex?

I had sex a few days ago and regret it. I’m responsible and used a condom (even water tested it after I was finished) but still feel super paranoid. 98% safety rate keeps repeating in my head. I’m assuming that 2% is from condoms breaking, having holes or being expired but I’m so paranoid. I normally use a condom and pull out but didn’t this time.
