Sleeping at night??

Tired mama here! How do you guys go about getting a full nights sleep while pumping? I find by the time I feed bub (1 month old), change nappy, put him to sleep and then pump, it’s only another hour until his next pump :(

For context he is feeding every 3 hours and I am aiming to pump 8 times a day (which I try to time with his feeds) and attempting to power pump in the morning as I am barely pumping enough to cover each feed, sometimes having to supplement for formula!

So exhausting but doing it for bub! Any pointers/ schedule examples would be extremely appreciated <3
