Microphone not working outside calls

So I have the iPhone 14 plus and today I tried record some voice messages over whatsapp, which does not work, initially i hear a "tap" but just right after I can talk or tap the mic it won't just work, I have tried the 3 diferent microphone modes but still doesn't work, Voice memo works the same way, the only way I got it working was through calls, normal call and speaker (which I think use different mics) and those were working, and voice messages on discord were also working (which is the only place it works) I was wondering what could it be or what could i do, the phone still has warranty but it would be good if I could get it working at home and not losing it for almost a month. I also updated the iOS yesterday, don't know if it could have anything to do with that since I don't know if it was working prior to that or not
