Need help with my house while going through a divorce.

I am active duty military and divorced. We currently live together because I can’t afford to send my ex wife back home until we sell our house. Our house has been on the market for over 120 days and we cannot get any offers on it. I am PCSing in August and feel like I’m running out of time. We owe 145k on it and are selling for 158k which is allowing us to break even on the house. We are now being told that the house isn’t worth 158 and we potentially need to drop it into the high 140s. I won’t be able to afford paying the difference on that in cash at closing. What are my options?
