Moved to TN from NYC and need a driver’s license!

I lived in NYC for 6 years so I had no reason to have a drivers license. Moved to TN a few years ago with no license/car and now I’m looking into becoming a legal driver again but I have no idea where to start.

I used to drive and had a license in IL/MO about 10 years ago but no driving record since…

I would call my local DMV but they’re closed today and I’m just trying to get the ball rolling.
