Houston: Rental flat fee MLS listing

I am about to put my rental in houston on rent. Anyone has recommendations of a flat fee MLS listing service they used in the houston area ? As long as they can post on HAR and realtor.com that is all I need. If they offer a rental yard sign I wont mind at all.

If folks have experience buying the yard frame and putting their own for lease, I could really use some guidance here. I live right across the trail and I think I can get enough eye balls on the advert if I just put a sign in my yard.
