Dedicated Linux Server Backup?

Does anyone have a backup script they could share?

I was reading through the restart schedule section on the Wiki and it mentions a "backup task plan" and got me thinking I should have one, but not 100% sure where to start other than copying the /data/vs/Saves folder while the server is stopped.
