Noah Turk Disqualification

I did a bunch of his image HITs yesterday and now it says This HIT requires Qualifications. I have all the qualifications (green check marks). I'm not seeing what the disqualification would be. I searched and saw that he rejects and has a history here. So it looks like I'm blocked from his work without knowing why.

I'm not new to MTurk, been doing this on and off for over 10 years, have Masters, etc. I contacted him through a paid HIT and asked what the issue was about. Does he have an actual email address or another contact method?
