Third or first person rouglikes

Hi all,

Looking for a game I can play for a lot of time that has a good amount of progression.

As per the title looking for something third or first person.

Open to open world/ survival games too provided they are fun single player.

I’ve just come off playing Icarus which was fun for a bit but was too much resource gathering and had boring enemies.

Bonus : games that have bows and crossbows
